[00:00:42] Miss Lewis: So it's the subjective criteria like team buliding

[00:00:45] and colleague support that you find hard?

[00:00:48] Mr. Lee: Exactly! Attitude... how do you rate attitude?

[00:00:53] Miss Lewis: I suggest letting each employee fill out

[00:00:55] his or her own evaluation for those items.

[00:00:58] Then, based on their self - assessment, you can add your comments.

[00:01:01] It's a great starting point for discussion of their perceptions

[00:01:05] versus others perceptions of their performance.

[00:01:08] Mr. Lee: Great idea. And after all,

[00:01:10] that's the whole point of an evaluation.
