[00:01:39] ran up the stairs up to the top floor

[00:01:42] opened up the door there guess who he saw

[00:01:53] he went outside but there was cops all over

[00:01:56] then he dipped into a car a stolen nova

[00:02:03] escaped alive though the car was battered

[00:02:05] rat a tat tatted and all the cops scattered

[00:02:07] ran out of bullets and still had static

[00:02:10] grabbed a pregnant lady and pulled out the automatic

[00:02:12] pointed at her head and he said the gun was full o' lead

[00:02:14] he told the cops back off or honey here's dead

[00:02:17] deep in his heart he knew he was wrong

[00:02:19] so he let the lady go and he starts to run on

[00:02:21] sirens sounded he seemed astounded

[00:02:24] before long the lil' boy got surrounded

[00:02:26] he dropped the gun so went the glory

[00:02:28] and this is the way i have to end this story

[00:02:31] he was only seventeen in a madman's dream

[00:02:33] the cops shot the kid i still hear him scream

[00:02:35] this ain't funny so don't ya dare laugh

[00:02:38] just another case about the wrong path
