[00:00:58] These are important because delegates need to be able to relax

[00:01:03] after a long day of meetings and get to know each other in

[00:01:07] informal situations.

[00:01:10] Finally, for an international conference where delegates are

[00:01:14] coming from different countries, it can be very useful to

[00:01:19] choose a hotel that has good transport connections with the

[00:01:23] nearest airport and or places of interest.

[00:01:27] This can save everybody a lot of time.
