[00:00:34] My God my God why hast thou forsaken me

[00:00:40] Why art thou so far from helping me

[00:00:43] Words of my groaning

[00:00:45] O my God I cry by day but thou dost not answer

[00:00:49] And by night but find no rest

[00:00:53] Yet thou art holy

[00:00:54] Enthroned on the praises of Israel

[00:00:57] In thee our fathers trusted

[00:00:59] They trusted and thou didst deliver them

[00:01:02] To thee they cried and were saved

[00:01:05] In thee they trusted and were not disappointed

[00:01:09] But I am a worm and no man

[00:01:11] Scorned by men and despised by the people

[00:01:15] All who see me mock at me

[00:01:17] They make mouths at me they wag their heads

[00:01:19] He committed his cause to the Lord let him deliver him

[00:01:23] Let him rescue him for he delights in him

[00:01:26] Yet thou art he who took me from the womb

[00:01:31] Thou didst keep me safe upon my mother's breasts

[00:01:34] Upon thee was I cast from my birth

[00:01:36] And since my mother bore me thou hast been my God

[00:01:42] Be not far from me

[00:01:43] For trouble is near

[00:01:45] And there is none to help

[00:01:48] Many bulls encompass me

[00:01:50] Strong bulls of bashan surround me

[00:01:52] They open wide their mouths at me

[00:01:55] Like a ravening and roaring lion

[00:01:58] I am poured out like water

[00:02:00] And all my bones are out of joint

[00:02:02] My heart is like wax

[00:02:04] It is melted within my breast

[00:02:07] My strength is dried up like a potsherd

[00:02:10] And my tongue cleaves to my jaws

[00:02:12] Thou dost lay me in the dust of death

[00:02:16] Yea dogs are round about me

[00:02:19] A company of evildoers encircle me

[00:02:22] They have pierced my hands and feet

[00:02:24] I can count all my bones

[00:02:26] They stare and gloat over me

[00:02:29] They divide my garments among them

[00:02:32] And for my raiment they cast lots

[00:02:35] But thou O Lord be not far off

[00:02:38] O thou my help hasten to my aid

[00:02:41] Deliver my soul from the sword

[00:02:43] My life from the power of the dog

[00:02:45] Save me from the mouth of the lion

[00:02:48] My afflicted soul from the horns of the wild oxen

[00:02:53] I will tell of thy name to my brethren

[00:02:56] In the midst of the congregation I will praise thee

[00:03:00] You who fear the Lord praise him

[00:03:03] All you sons of jacob glorify him

[00:03:06] And stand in awe of him all you sons of Israel

[00:03:10] For he has not despised or abhorred

[00:03:12] The affliction of the afflicted

[00:03:15] And he has not hid his face from him

[00:03:17] But has heard when he cried to him

[00:03:21] From thee comes my praise in the great congregation

[00:03:24] My vows I will pay before those who fear him

[00:03:28] The afflicted shall eat and be satisfied

[00:03:31] Those who seek him shall praise the Lord

[00:03:34] May your hearts live for ever

[00:03:37] All the ends of the earth shall remember

[00:03:40] And turn to the Lord

[00:03:41] And all the families of the nations

[00:03:44] Shall w*****p before him

[00:03:46] For dominion belongs to the Lord

[00:03:49] And he rules over the nations

[00:03:52] Yea to him shall all the proud of the earth bow down

[00:03:57] Before him shall bow all those who go down to the dust

[00:04:02] And he who cannot keep himself alive

[00:04:06] Posterity shall serve him

[00:04:08] Men shall tell of the Lord to the coming generation

[00:04:12] And proclaim his deliverance to a people yet unborn

[00:04:15] That he has wrought it
