[00:01:09] for they have helped you learn about trust

[00:01:12] and the importance of being cautious

[00:01:14] when you open your heart.

[00:01:17] If someone loves you,

[00:01:19] love them back unconditionally,

[00:01:22] not only because they love you,

[00:01:24] but because in a way,

[00:01:27] they are teaching you to love

[00:01:29] and how to open your heart and eyes to things.

[00:01:33] Make every day count.

[00:01:36] Appreciate every moment

[00:01:39] and take from those moments

[00:01:40] everything that you possibly can

[00:01:43] for you may never be able to experience it again.

[00:01:47] Talk to people that you have never talked to before,

[00:01:52] and actually listen.

[00:01:54] Let yourself fall in love, break free,

[00:01:58] and set your sights high.

[00:02:01] Hold your head up because you have every right to.

[00:02:05] Tell yourself you are a great

[00:02:08] individual and believe in yourself,

[00:02:11] for if you don't believe in yourself,

[00:02:14] it will be hard for others to believe in you.

[00:02:18] You can make of your life anything you wish.

[00:02:22] Create your own life and then go out

[00:02:25] and live it with absolutely no regrets.

[00:02:30] Most importantly, if you LOVE someone,

[00:02:34] tell him or her,

[00:02:36] for you never know what tomorrow may have in store.

[00:02:40] And learn a lesson in life each day that you live.
