[00:00:02] In thee O Lord do I seek refuge

[00:00:05] Let me never be put to shame

[00:00:07] In thy righteousness deliver me

[00:00:10] Incline thy ear to me

[00:00:13] Rescue me speedily

[00:00:15] Be thou a rock of refuge for me

[00:00:18] A strong fortress to save me

[00:00:20] Yea thou art my rock and my fortress

[00:00:24] For my name's sake lead me and guide me

[00:00:28] Take me out of the net which is hidden for me

[00:00:31] For thou art my refuge

[00:00:33] Into thy hand I commit my spirit

[00:00:37] Thou hast redeemed me O Lord faithful God

[00:00:41] Thou hatest those who pay regard to vain idols

[00:00:45] But I trust in the Lord

[00:00:48] I will rejoice and be glad for thy steadfast love

[00:00:57] And hast not delivered me into the hand of the enemy

[00:01:05] Be gracious to me O Lord for I am in distress

[00:01:15] For my life is spent with sorrow

[00:01:19] My strength fails because of my misery

[00:01:23] And my bones waste away

[00:01:27] I am the scorn of all my adversaries

[00:01:29] A horror to my neighbors

[00:01:31] An object of dread to my acquaintances

[00:01:34] Those who see me in the street flee from me

[00:01:38] I have passed out of mind like one who is dead

[00:01:42] I have become like a broken vessel

[00:01:45] Yea I hear the whispering of many

[00:01:48] Terror on every side

[00:01:50] As they scheme together against me

[00:01:52] As they plot to take my life

[00:01:56] But I trust in thee O Lord

[00:01:58] I say thou art my God

[00:02:00] My times are in thy hand

[00:02:02] Deliver me from the hand of my enemies and persecutors

[00:02:06] Let thy face shine on thy servant

[00:02:09] Save me in thy steadfast love

[00:02:12] Let me not be put to shame O Lord

[00:02:15] For I call on thee

[00:02:17] Let the wicked be put to shame

[00:02:19] Let them go dumb founded to Sheol

[00:02:22] Let the lying lips be dumb

[00:02:24] Which speak insolently against the righteous

[00:02:27] In pride and contempt

[00:02:29] O how abundant is thy goodness

[00:02:32] Which thou hast laid up for those who fear thee

[00:02:35] And wrought for those who take refuge in thee

[00:02:41] In the sight of the sons of men

[00:02:44] In the covert of thy presence thou hidest them

[00:02:47] From the plots of men

[00:02:48] Thou holdest them safe under thy shelter

[00:02:51] From the strife of tongues

[00:02:53] Blessed be the Lord

[00:02:55] For he has wondrously shown his steadfast love to me

[00:02:59] When I was beset as in a besieged city

[00:03:03] I had said in my alarm

[00:03:05] I am driven far from thy sight

[00:03:08] But thou didst hear my supplications

[00:03:10] When I cried to thee for help

[00:03:13] Love the Lord all you his saints

[00:03:16] The Lord preserves the faithful

[00:03:18] But abundantly requites him who acts haughtily

[00:03:22] Be strong and let your heart take courage

[00:03:25] All you who wait for the Lord
