[00:00:44] Preacher leaps up and he made the limb

[00:00:46] Pulled himself up and turns about

[00:00:47] Cast his eyes to the skies and he did shout

[00:00:49] Oh law you delivered Daniel from the lion's den

[00:00:52] Also delivered Jonah from the belly of the whale and then

[00:00:55] The Hebrew children from the fiery furnace

[00:00:57] So the good book do declare

[00:00:59] Yes lord if you can't help me

[00:01:01] For goodness sake don't help that bear

[00:01:05] Just about then the limb let go

[00:01:06] And the preacher came tumbling down

[00:01:08] Reached in his pocket pulled his razor out

[00:01:09] Just before he hit the ground

[00:01:11] He hit the ground with an awful bang

[00:01:13] It was a terrible sight

[00:01:15] The preacher and the bear with a razor in his hair

[00:01:17] Just a-cutting left and right

[00:01:18] Well they rolled around on the ground

[00:01:20] The preacher was up and then he was down

[00:01:22] The bear let out an awful moan

[00:01:24] It looked like the preacher was holding his own

[00:01:25] Lord if I get out of here alive

[00:01:27] That good book I will abide

[00:01:28] I'll never sin on Sabbath day

[00:01:30] And Sunday come I'll pray and pray

[00:01:32] To the heavens he did glance

[00:01:34] Said lord just gimme one more chance

[00:01:35] Then his suspenders gave away

[00:01:37] And he knocked that bear ten feet away
