[00:06:05] I came back to my room and I slouched in my bed

[00:06:15] Still stewing about my dried up lavender

[00:06:22] Then I fell asleep in the dark dead night

[00:06:31] And I dreamed of a blue jay digging up a seed

[00:06:42] And pass it to another's beak

[00:06:50] Watched him soar to another branch

[00:06:59] Then a possum trash can

[00:07:07] Then I woke up one rainy morning in Dordrecht Holland

[00:07:16] And I got on my flight for London England

[00:07:37] Then I took a cab from Heathrow right to Westfield Mall in Shepherd's Bush

[00:07:42] Where I bought a raincoat then checked into the K West Hotel

[00:07:46] And ate at a Polish restaurant down the street

[00:07:48] I played the next night at Shepherd's Bush Empire

[00:07:53] Neil Halstead and his band were opening their soundcheck sounded great

[00:07:58] As I watched I remembered playing with Mojave 3 in the mid '90s

[00:08:03] One of the shows being at CMJ in New York

[00:08:07] And I remembered seeing them open for Gomez in Madrid in 1998

[00:08:11] I was with my girlfriend Marina but I somehow managed to sneak in an unforgettable kiss with Rachel backstage

[00:08:19] One of those kisses that you'll take to your grave

[00:08:22] Gomez knew I was there and they played Grace Cathedral Park that night and I got pretty choked up listening to them

[00:08:30] So anyhow I played my show at Shepherd's Bush that night and a fan heckled me asking if I really hated Nels Cline

[00:08:38] I explained that I didn't that his name just rhymed with one word or the other

[00:08:43] After the show I left with my agent Ned and his wife and Alicia and we talked for a bit

[00:08:50] And I walked back to the K West with my guitar and got into my bed called my girlfriend and fell asleep
