[00:00:52] The cop grabbed his arm he started acting erratic

[00:00:58] Punched him in his belly and he gave him a slap

[00:01:01] But little did he know that the boy was strapped

[00:01:03] He pulled out his gun and said

[00:01:19] He ran by a tree there he saw this sister

[00:01:21] A shot for the head he shot back but he missed her

[00:01:24] Looked around good and expectations

[00:01:26] So he decided he'd head for the subway stations

[00:01:29] But she was comin' so he made a left

[00:01:31] He was runnin' top speed till he was outta breath

[00:01:34] Knocked an old man down he swore he killed him

[00:01:37] Then made his move to an abandoned building

[00:01:40] Ran upstairs up to the top floor

[00:01:42] He opened up the door there guess who he saw

[00:01:45] Dave the dope fiend shootin' dope

[00:01:47] Who don't know the meaning of water nor soap

[00:01:50] He said I need bullets hurry up run

[00:01:53] The dope fiend brought back a spankin' shotgun

[00:01:56] He went outside but there was cops all over

[00:01:58] Then he dipped into a car was a stolen Nova

[00:02:01] Raced up the block doin' 83

[00:02:04] Crashed into a tree near university

[00:02:07] Escaped alive though the car was shattered

[00:02:09] Rat-a-tat-tatted and all the cops scattered

[00:02:12] Ran out of bullets but he still had static

[00:02:14] Grabbed a pregnant lady pulled out the automatic

[00:02:17] He pointed at her head and said

[00:02:18] The gun was full of lead

[00:02:20] So the cops back off or honey here's dead

[00:02:22] Deep in his heart he knew he was wrong

[00:02:25] So he let the lady go and he starts to move on

[00:02:28] Sirens sounded he seemed astounded

[00:02:31] Before long the lil' boy got surrounded

[00:02:33] He dropped his gun so went the glory

[00:02:36] And this is the way I gotta end this story

[00:02:38] He was only nineteen in a madman's dream

[00:02:41] I saw the cops shoot the kid I still hear him scream

[00:02:44] This ain't funny so don't you dare laugh

[00:02:47] Just another case 'bout the wrong path
