[00:00:20] I wear lovely starched cotton dresses with matching ribbons in my lovely curly locks

[00:00:26] I wear clean white socks and shiny black patent leather shoes

[00:00:31] And I always put just a dab of perfume behind each ear

[00:00:38] When she was at the end of the lunch line at school

[00:00:41] All she had to say was

[00:00:45] And she'd get right up to the front of the line

[00:00:47] Well her life went on like that for quite a while

[00:00:50] And she wound up having a pretty good time

[00:00:52] You know admiring herself in mirrors

[00:00:55] And always getting to be first in line and stuff like that

[00:01:00] And then one day she went exploring with a whole group of other people

[00:01:05] Through the wilds of the deep and beastly jungle

[00:01:08] As she went along through the tangled trails and the prickly vines

[00:01:12] She would say things like

[00:01:13] I have got to be careful of my lovely dress

[00:01:18] And my nice white socks and my shiny

[00:01:21] Shiny shoes and my curly curly locks

[00:01:24] So would somebody please clear the way for me

[00:01:29] And they did

[00:01:31] Or sometimes she'd say

[00:01:33] What do you mean there aren't enough mangoes to go around

[00:01:37] And I'll have to share my mango

[00:01:40] Because I was the last one across that icky river full of crocodiles and snakes

[00:01:45] No matter how last I am it's still 'ladies first ladies first

[00:01:51] So hand over a whole mango please

[00:01:54] And they did

[00:01:56] Well then guess what happened

[00:01:59] Out of nowhere the exploring party was seized

[00:02:03] Grabbed up by a bunch of hungry tigers

[00:02:06] And these tigers tied all the people up

[00:02:09] And dragged them back to their tiger lair where they sniffed around

[00:02:13] Trying to decide what would make the best dinner

[00:02:16] How about this one said the tiger chief

[00:02:19] Nah too boney said the others

[00:02:22] Well what about this one it's got a lot of meat on it

[00:02:25] Uh-uh meaty but muscley

[00:02:28] Oh for heaven's sakes don't take all night said the chief tiger

[00:02:32] I never saw such a pack of picky eaters how about this one then

[00:02:37] Looks tender smells nice

[00:02:41] In fact I never saw anything quite like it before I wonder what it is

[00:02:46] I am a tender sweet young thing

[00:02:49] Oh far out said the tiger chief

[00:02:52] I am also a little lady

[00:02:55] You should know that by my lovely clothes and my lovely smell

[00:03:00] And if it's all the same to you tiger tweetie

[00:03:03] I wish you'd stop licking me

[00:03:05] And untie me this instant my dress is getting mussed

[00:03:11] Yes uh the tiger said well as a matter of fact

[00:03:14] We were all just uh trying to decide who to untie first

[00:03:20] Ladies first ladies first she said and so she was

[00:03:25] And mighty tasty too
